  I bought a pair of binoculars from Intrasights at the beginning of July. They did not meet either my expectations or the seller's description, and as a consequence I returned them on the same day. I received an email on July 8th confirming that the returned binoculars had been received, and offering me a (different make) replacement pair, which I declined. I said that I would like my money refunded. On July 10th I got an email confirming that my money would be refunded, subject to a slight delay. On July 31st I got an email telling me that my refund would be "settled very soon". Since then, I have heard nothing from the company, nor have I received any money. Draw your own conclusions.

  I’ve needed to call on Intrasight’s services twice with my Luger binoculars – once after a prism was dislodged after a fall and a second time when salt seized one of the focus adjusters. Really great service from Intrasights on both occasions – timely, efficient and my bins back and working as needed! Highly recommended.
